Jessica is not only exceptionally thorough; she is very knowledgeable about the real estate market. When she presented her listing price strategy and her plan on how to sell my home, I was skeptical as I actually felt the price may have been too high. Jessica was confident in her strategy and also worked with me to execute a staging plan she was sure would bring me top dollar for my home. She was so hands on, bringing in her staging items like throw pillows & blankets, comforter sets, area rugs, etc. all giving my house more of an open and airy feel which Buyers loved! This was evident based on the large amount of Buyer's that came to view our home and receiving multiple offers. Her negotiation skills certainly paid off as Jessica was able to maneuver the initial offers we received into a higher tier giving us amazing viable offers to choose from. I ended up selling my home for $75k over the list price! Completely exceeding my expectations is an understatement! But her job did not end there as she continued to keep me in the loop with any and all updates throughout the entire process. Any time I had a question or concern, she was always there to answer making me feel like I was her only client. I continually told her how I have a newfound respect for REALTORS(R) as I never knew to the extent some of them go to for their clients. Jessica was a blessing. My wife and I were at the point of downsizing to a townhouse. I called Jess six months before we were ready to sell and asked her to do a walk through and we prepared a punch list of things to do in my house. Several months later we were ready to sell but my wife was getting worried that the house would sell and we would have no place to go. So we went looking at developments and fell in love with the one we bought in. We made an offer, it was accepted and we were on our way. Next Jess put a marketing campaign together on our house and listed it. It was sold in three days at $100k over ask. This was all because Jess presented the house in the best way possible and she knew the market. We had a bidding war and could not have been more pleased. We now feel like we're on vacation everyday.
