Just a little background first. Over the years we have bought and sold 4 homes. Jessica listed and sold our prior home in St James. This was a beautiful large colonial with impressive detailing and property. Due to health concerns, the home no longer fit our needs. "Time to downsize" good advice but difficult to accept. The decision was made to list the house and look for a smaller home. Sounds easy, but Jessica's job was not easy. Condo? ranch? She showed us many Condos, beautiful but did not fit our needs. She showed us ranches. In my mind everything fell short. I started to feel that we would not find a house and may have to rent, for a while. I started regretting selling. Then one Saturday Jessica called asked me if I was available the next day to see a ranch that just listed. I met Jessica there on a Sunday morning. There already was a line out front. She expected the line and made an appointment the day prior. The house needed work, but the location and the potential more that made up for the work needed. We made an offer and it was accepted. She stayed with us during the entire process of both houses. Always calling to update information. I never had to call to get information. This never happened in prior sales. I always had to call for updates. Not with Jessica. Thank you Jessica for all your work and always being a calm voice that I could call. Bless you and I wish you continued success!
