After losing my father, "in over my head" would've been an understatement. Jessica was a blessing. My wife and I were at the point of downsizing to a townhouse. I called Jess six months before we were ready to sell and asked her to do a walk through and we prepared a punch list of things to do in my house. Several months later we were ready to sell but my wife was getting worried that the house would sell and we would have no place to go. So we went looking at developments and fell in love with the one we bought in. We made an offer, it was accepted and we were on our way. Next Jess put a marketing campaign together on our house and listed it. It was sold in three days at $100k over ask. This was all because Jess presented the house in the best way possible and she knew the market. We had a bidding war and could not have been more pleased. We now feel like we're on vacation everyday. I was very stressed about selling my COOP and moving into a new home. When I first met Jessica at my home, she explained to me the process of selling my COOP and moving into a new home. After she finished explaining how the process works, my stress went away because of her. I felt very comfortable talking to Jessica and had a lot of faith and confidence in her.
