From the moment we sat with Jessica, we could tell how knowledgeable she was. Jessica was fully engaged throughout the entire process. She listened to what was important to us and made sure that the home was priced appropriately, staged beautifully and arranged the open house to work with our schedule. As a first time home buyer, I couldn't have asked for a better real estate agent than Jessica. She made what could have been an overwhelming process feel straightforward and manageable every step of the way. She answered every question I had and always knew the right questions to ask on my behalf. If there was ever something she didn't know, she took the time to find the answer (even when it wasn't technically her responsibility). Throughout the entire process, she was incredibly knowledgeable about both the home buying process and the properties we viewed. Jessica was always on time, well-prepared, and responsive. She patiently answered my many phone calls and text messages, and she never made me feel like I was bothering her or that she was trying to rush me off the phone. She also did a great job of understanding what I was looking for and recommending homes that fit my needs. At one point, I almost felt embarrassed that I wanted to put in an offer on nearly every house we toured. Then I realized it wasn't because I was being impulsive: it was because Jessica was doing such a great job finding homes that truly matched what I was looking for. I never felt like we wasted time visiting properties that weren't a good fit. I would absolutely recommend Jessica to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. In fact, after seeing how positive my experience was, my parents have already asked her to help sell my grandparents' house. That says everything about the confidence our family has in her. She is professional, knowledgeable, dedicated, and genuinely cares about her clients. I couldn't recommend her more highly.

As a first time buyer, Jessica made this entire experience seamless and really easy. She was quick to answer any question I had, regardless of what it was, and was very thorough to help me find exactly what I was looking for. She stayed dedicated to showing me listings, even when I wanted to give up, and encouraged me to go to showings when I was doubtful, which is how I found the place I ended up buying! She guided me through the entire experience and went above and beyond to ensure I was ready and on top of everything. She is beyond organized, professional, thorough and extremely sweet to work with.
