Jessica is AMAZING! We had her sell my childhood home after my Father passed away. It wasn't an easy property to sell. But Jessica marketed it extremely well and before we knew it, it was sold. I can't say enough about Jessica as she helped me find the perfect condo for my parents who were moving back from Florida. She put me in touch with her relocation department so my parents did not have to find a realtor on their own, as they recommended a few that my parent's could choose from. Jessica was very patient, considerate and knowledgeable during the whole process. She truly cares about her clients & wants to make sure they are happy with their purchase. She is very professional but personable at the same time and knows the real estate business well. I am so pleased that I chose Jessica to work with as she is one in a million!! I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Jessica. I was looking for a new home in addition to selling my existing home. As I was downsizing but unsure as to how much space I would eventually need, I flipped back-and-forth between houses and condos, and had Jessica trek with me from the North Shore to the South Shore and out east. Throughout my search Jessica was patient, understanding, professional, knowledgeable, and always made me feel like I was her only client. When I placed my home on the market she knew how to maximize its features, and my home sold the first day for well over asking price. As we waited for closing dates she continued to check in with me, always letting me know the status of the deals and prepping me for what was to come. Not only is she an excellent agent, she is a beautiful person and you will want to continue your relationship with her long after your sale or purchase has been finalized.

When looking for a new home after a divorce, Jess treated me like a family member. She found a GREAT home for myself and my boys to move into the next chapter of our lives. Jess was quick to recommend available homes, diligent in her communications and always on time for appointments. She understood my budget and fond us the perfect home. After the closing, she stopped by with a house warming gift which was genuine, sincere and based upon our casual conversations during the search.
